CartPilot is a free price-comparison service that aggregates publicly available supermarket prices across Malta to help you find the best value for your weekly shop. Certain advanced features may become available on a paid basis in the future.

CartPilot displays price and stock information sourced from third-party supermarket websites and systems. We do not control supermarket inventory, pricing, or product listings. By using CartPilot, you acknowledge that:

• Products shown as available may be out of stock by the time you visit a store.
• Prices displayed may differ from the in-store price at the time of purchase.
• Not all supermarkets provide a store-level selector, so stock availability may reflect the chain as a whole rather than a specific branch.
• CartPilot is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or additional cost arising from reliance on information that turns out to be inaccurate or outdated.

We make reasonable efforts to scrape and normalise product data on a regular basis. However, we cannot guarantee that data is complete, current, or error-free. Prices and availability change frequently; always verify the final price at the till.

CartPilot is currently free to use during our beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers with additional features. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance. Free features will remain free unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. CartPilot does not sell personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CartPilot and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to purchasing decisions made on the basis of information displayed on CartPilot.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of CartPilot after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
